As G-SEL Network continues its strategic engagements on the road to G-SEL Conference 2026, our Executive Director, Joy Osomiamhe-O, engaged with H.E. Fatou Bensouda, High Commissioner of The Gambia to the United Kingdom, to share the vision and message of African Women Leading Clean Cooking (AWLCC) with The Gambia, at Gambia High Commission London
While AWLCC will take place in September alongside UNGA, the purpose of this engagement extends beyond a single event. It is about ensuring that the message of African women’s leadership in clean cooking reaches key African stakeholders and creating opportunities for continued collaboration. The conversation also forms part of G-SEL Network’s broader 2026 engagement journey, connecting key moments including UNGA, COP31, and the G-SEL Conference 2026 as we work to build stronger partnerships and translate dialogue into meaningful action.
