Objective: To provide companies with customized training solutions that address their specific business needs and enhance organizational efficiency. By leveraging the expertise of our global resource pool, we aim to deliver strategic, actionable, and sustainable training programmes that empower organizations to implement leadership and sustainability initiatives effectively.

Deliverables:
● Needs Assessment: A comprehensive evaluation of the company’s current operations and strategic goals. This involves a deep dive into the company’s challenges, industry trends, and sustainability targets.

● Tailored Training Modules: Development of bespoke training solutions that align with the company’s unique requirements, focusing on key areas such as leadership, sustainable business practices, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks, and organizational development.

● Interactive Workshops and Seminars: Facilitated by experts from the global network, these sessions will offer hands-on learning and problem-solving opportunities, enabling employees to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges.

insights from G-SEL’s network of experts, regional representatives, and conferences to ensure evidence-based decision-making and alignment with global standards such as UNESCO’s inclusive education goals and the EU’s strategic action framework.

○ Develop actionable, evidence-based policy frameworks for governments in areas like inclusive education, ESG implementation, youth empowerment, and sustainable community development.
○ Utilize the network’s expertise to tailor recommendations to regional and cultural contexts.

■ One hosted in a different region each year (rotating among Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and South America) to ensure inclusivity and regional representation.

Objective: The ASCI programme is designed to align with the King’s Trust objectives of getting young people under 30 into employment. By leveraging G-SEL’s network of resources and partnerships in the UK, the programme provides opportunities for young members and students to gain meaningful employment through targeted workshops, training, and direct connections with employers.

Deliverables:
1. Bi-Monthly Workshops:
○ Partner with HR firms, recruitment agencies, and companies to deliver workshops focused on:
■ CV writing and interview preparation.
■ Building employability skills (e.g., teamwork, communication, and leadership).
■ Industry-specific skill development for emerging fields such as technology, ESG, and project management.

2. Placements and Job Opportunities:
○ Establish pipelines for job placements, internships, apprenticeships, and volunteer opportunities through partnerships with corporate members and local businesses.

Through G-SEL’s global network, we will evaluate the needs of businesses and communities, providing tailored Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) solutions that are fully compliant with ESG standards. These projects will aim to create measurable, long-term benefits to both communities and the organizations involved.
